The Future of GBF

God has been challenging the leaders at GBF to make some changes and we're excited about the future! These changes will lead us to be more of a Christ-treasuring community. So, what are some of these changes?

  • A new vision statement -- "GBF exists to be a Christ-treasuring community, formed and sent by the Gospel on mission to the world, through the power of the Holy Spirit, for the glory of God"

  • Our Sunday Gathering starts at 10 am

    • This will allow us to share in Communion together each week and to have the opportunity to ask questions of the sermon or pray together following the service.

    • Our typical service runs something like this ...

      • Call to Worship

      • Worship in Word

      • Worship through Communion

      • Worship in Song

      • Optional prayer or Q&A time

  • We're going to have more of an emphasis on community as Jesus taught in the Bible. More information on this in the near future!

We are excited about what God is doing here and look forward to glorifying God together at GBF!
